Our Store Service Team members assist in all aspects of our retail operations.

What You'll Do

  • Provide outstanding customer service in a retail and counter-service environment
  • Interact with customers and team members in an engaging and positive manner
  • Prepare, package and stock items throughout the department to meet customer expectations
  • Demonstrate product knowledge
  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly

    What We're Looking For

    • Verifiable work experience with excellent tenure and attendance
    • Grocery store, convenience, food service, or retail experience
    • Demonstrated retail customer service experience and skills
    • Familiarity with organic and natural foods
    • Attention to detail and ability to efficiently perform assigned tasks and learn quickly
    • Ability to read and speak English and perform basic arithmeti

    The Meat & Seafood Store Service Team member’s tasks will include, but are not limited to frequent and extended periods working with chilled and frozen products, preparing and stocking coolers and case as well as raw meat and seafood items. Scheduled tasks may also involve frequent periods of time in walk in coolers and freezers.

    This position requires a committed schedule which may include opening, mid-shift, and closing, and requires weekend, and holiday shifts on a regular basis.

    The Store Service Team position is a part time position.
    18 minimum - 28 hrs. weekly, with 24-28 preferred

    Starting Wage: $13/hr
